Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SakuraCharge Grid's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SakuraCharge Grid. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
Service Description and Availability
SakuraCharge Grid provides an EV charging platform that connects drivers with charging stations across Japan. Our services include availability information, reservation systems, route planning tools, and payment processing.
We work to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
User Accounts and Registration
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts require proper authorization from the organization. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based charges for charging sessions are billed according to the rates displayed at the time of service. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for applicable fees. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Price changes will be communicated with advance notice when possible.
Charging Station Usage and Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and may be cancelled by station operators due to maintenance or technical issues. Arriving within the reserved time window helps avoid potential cancellation fees.
Proper use of charging equipment is expected. Damage to charging stations due to misuse may result in repair charges. Please report any equipment issues promptly.
Fleet Management Services
Fleet management features are available to business customers. Fleet administrators are responsible for managing user access and compliance with company policies.
Fleet billing is based on actual usage and may include volume pricing. Analytics and reporting are provided to help with fleet charging operations and cost management.
Installation and Maintenance Services
Installation services are provided through our network of partners. Installations should comply with local electrical codes and regulations. Warranty terms vary by equipment and installation type.
Maintenance services are available for supported equipment. Response times and service levels depend on your service plan and location. Support is available for issues as outlined in your service agreement.
Prohibited Uses and Conduct
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include sharing account credentials, attempting to circumvent security measures, or interfering with service operations.
Harassment of other users, station operators, or our staff is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activities, including false reservations or payment disputes, may result in immediate account termination.
